MELCO Manufacturing, a division of Product Designers, LLC, is a privately-owned company originally headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee. Acquired in early 2015 by Team API Holdings, Ltd., the company has relocated to Rogersville, AL.

 

MELCO’s management and technical professionals are dedicated solely to the design, manufacture, and support of products for the AC power generator field. We neither design, manufacture, or market any other products. Our only business is voltage regulators.

 

 

Talented, Experience Engineers

 

MELCO’s design team is the best in the business. The company’s three principal designers each have more than 25 years of experience in their respective fields. Two designers have a combined total of 50 years experience in designing and manufacturing avionics equipment for commercial and military air transport airplanes, one of the most heavily regulated industries in the world. The other principal designer has spent more than 25 years in the AC electric power field.

MELCO’s manufacturing manager has more than 10 years of experience in the management of a facility certified by the FAA, the airlines, and the aircraft companies, for the manufacture of electronic products to stringent FAA and RTCA standards.

 

MELCO’s AC voltage regulators are designed and manufactured to the highest possible standards, and subjected to rigid quality control standards. As a result, we believe our Mighty Mite products are the most efficient and most reliable regulators in the industry.
